It’s mostly about connecting the right gear with the right people. Our office is pretty lived-in. There are catalogs piled up on the shelves and parts samples sitting on the corner desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers or checking on deliveries. It’s a bit cramped when we get a big shipment of manuals or small components in, but we make it work. Living and working in the same area means we know the local shops pretty well. We aren't a big corporate entity with a lobby. You just ring the bell and someone comes to let you in. We handle the marketing side of things, making sure machines get to where they need to go. It’s a lot of logistical stuff that isn’t always exciting, but it keeps the doors open. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We just keep doing our thing here in 205/B, making sure the orders are right and the paperwork is filed.
