St Johns Medical College

If you know Sarjapur Main Road in Koramangala, then you definitely know where St Johns Medical College is. It’s right in the middle of everything. The traffic outside can be a real headache sometimes, but once you step inside, it’s a whole different world. We’ve been here for years, watching the neighborhood change around us. The campus is green and has a lot of old trees, which helps with the heat. We have a lot of different buildings for all the various departments. It can be easy to get lost if you aren't used to it. I still find little corners I didn't know about before. The staff here is a mix of people who have been here for decades and some newer faces. We all just try to get along and get the work done. There is a lot to do every single day. Between the students and the visitors, it never really stops. We don’t use any corporate talk here. It’s just a place where people work hard. Sometimes the equipment is old and sometimes we get something new, but the work stays the same. We just keep moving. It’s a busy life on Sarjapur Main Road, and we are just right there in the thick of it. Most of us take the bus or walk because parking is such a chore. It’s just how things go in Koramangala.
