St. Claret College

St. Claret College sits in Bengaluru over in the 560013 area. It’s a busy spot like most places in this city. You see students coming in and out all day long from different parts of the state. The building itself is solid and has plenty of stairs which the students complain about sometimes but it keeps them moving. We have different departments here and the staff offices are usually full of people asking questions or sorting out paperwork. It gets quite loud during the break times when everyone heads to get a snack or just stands around talking in the corridors. The lecturers are around most of the day and they have their own routines for getting through the syllabus. It isn't a silent place by any means because there's always something going on or someone moving desks around for a meeting. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the schedule changes and we just have to go with it. The neighborhood around the college has changed over the years but the college stays pretty much the same. People come here to get their degrees and move on to jobs or more study. It’s a very practical arrangement and we just get on with the day-to-day business of running the place. No one here is trying to be anything other than a college for the local and out-of-town students who show up every semester. We have our routines and we stick to them as much as the Bengaluru traffic allows us to.
