Srivari Motor Driving School

Our driving school is based in Ramamurthy Nagar, Phase 1. If you've been around this part of Bangalore, you know the roads can be quite a challenge for anyone starting out. We have been here at number 1 for a while. Srivari Motor Driving School isn't a big company with a fleet of dozens of cars. We have a few reliable vehicles that have seen a lot of use. The seats might be a bit worn and the gear shift might be a little stiff, but they work perfectly for learning. Our days are spent mostly in the car, sitting next to people who are often very nervous. We go around the local lanes and then eventually out onto the busier roads once the student feels ready. The office is just a small room where we handle the forms and the fees. It’s a bit cluttered with learner's permit applications and old registers. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the routes well. We see all kinds of people, from teenagers to older folks who finally decided to learn. It’s a lot of patience and repeating the same instructions over and over. But it’s rewarding when someone finally gets their license. We just do our thing every day, helping the neighborhood get mobile. Sometimes the traffic is slow, but we manage. It’s a living and we enjoy meeting new people.
