We’ve been sitting here on Bannerghatta Road for a while now. Getting people ready to handle the traffic around here isn't always easy, but it’s what we do every day. We start early usually because that's when the roads are a bit quieter for the new learners. It's mostly just us and a couple of cars. People come in nervous, clutching their paperwork, and we just try to get them comfortable behind the wheel. The road outside can get pretty busy, so we spend a lot of time teaching how to use mirrors and stay calm when everyone else is honking. We aren't a big fancy operation. It’s just a small office at number 1. You’ll see the cars parked out front most of the time. We go through the basics, parking, turning, and how to deal with the signals. Some people learn fast and some take a few extra weeks, which is fine. We don't rush anyone because that just makes them more stressed. We mostly get folks from the neighborhood who want to get their license without a lot of fuss. It’s a lot of sitting in the passenger seat and making sure nobody hits the curb. We keep the cars maintained so they don’t break down in the middle of a lesson. That’s about it really. Just a local spot for people to learn. Sometimes we talk about the local landmarks while driving just to keep the atmosphere light. It helps with the nerves and makes the hour pass by a bit faster.
