Our space in the tower is more of a functional office where we manage the sales and the distribution side of things. It’s a professional environment but we keep it pretty relaxed among the staff. Richmond Town has a bit of a mix of old residences and new commercial buildings, so it’s a nice place to come to work every morning. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and checking on the production numbers. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure the right polymers are going to the right places. We aren't into big marketing speeches. We just know our products and we know who needs them. The traffic on Richmond Road can get pretty heavy, but once you are inside the tower, it’s a bit calmer. We’ve been operating out of this location for a while now and have gotten to know the other businesses in the building. We just focus on the daily tasks, making sure the orders are filled and the clients are getting what they asked for without any unnecessary drama.
