We opened up Sri Venkateshwara Paints And Hardware in the Sapthadri Arcade a few years back. If you know where the City Central Library is on Magadi Chord Road, you have probably seen us. We are right across the street at 3 1 10 Vijayanagar North, 1st Cross. The shop is usually full of stuff, from different paint cans to basic tools people need for their houses. It gets a bit crowded in here when we get new stock delivered. We spend a lot of time just putting things back on the shelves and helping people figure out what kind of bolt or brush they are looking for. It is a local place. Most of our regulars live around the Magadi Chord Road layout. They stop in when something breaks at home. We do not have any fancy displays. Just shelves and the counter where we sit. Some days are busier than others, especially on weekends when everyone is doing their home repairs. It is just how it is. We try to keep the colors people want in stock. The library across the way makes it easy for people to explain where we are located. We have stayed in this same spot since we started. It is a solid location in Vijayanagar. Just a normal hardware store run by people who live nearby. We usually have the kettle on if things are quiet.
