Sri Skandha Enterprises

Sri Skandha Enterprises is located out in Jalahalli West on S V Road. We are directly opposite the M N T I, which is the main landmark everyone uses to find us. Our building isn't very new, and the paint is peeling a bit in the corners, but it serves us well. We keep a variety of stock inside, mostly items that the local small businesses and residents need for their daily work. The shelves are quite high and filled with boxes that we have to move around using a small ladder. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the shop, so we usually keep the fans running at full speed. We are just a small team of three people. One of us handles the customers at the front, one manages the inventory, and the other helps with the deliveries around Jalahalli. We don't have a website or any computerized tracking system; we mostly write everything down in big ledger books. Sometimes we get the orders a bit mixed up, but we always fix it quickly. It’s a very local operation and most of our customers are people we have known for years. We open up early in the morning when the air is still cool and we stay until the streetlights come on. It’s just a regular shop doing regular business for the people living nearby on S V Road.
