Sri Manjunatha Transport

Sri Manjunatha Transport operates out of B 157 in Goragunta Palya. This area is a major hub for trucks, so it is always loud and dusty around here. We have been at this location for many years now, just handling the transport of goods. Our office is quite small and filled with old logbooks and stacks of receipts. We spend most of our time on the phone talking to drivers or checking on the loading process. It is not an easy job because there are always delays on the highway or problems with the vehicles. We have a couple of mechanics nearby who help us when the trucks break down. The traffic in Goragunta Palya can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we try to get our work done early. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to make sure the items get to where they are supposed to go. Some days are very long and we don't get much sleep. It is just the way the transport business is. We know most of the other people working in this area. We share news about the roads and the fuel prices. It is a tight community of workers. We just keep doing what we know, day after day, without making any big fuss about it.
