Sri Manjunath Industries

Down here near the Anjeneya Temple, things stay pretty busy from early morning. Sri Manjunath Industries is tucked away on the link road near Peenya, and if you know the area, you know how crowded it gets. We spend most of our time dealing with industrial parts and whatever orders come through the door. It’s not the quietest job, but it’s what we do. The temple is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time because the road names can get confusing around here. Inside the shop, it’s mostly just the sound of metal and people talking over the machines. We aren't doing anything flashy. It is just about getting the parts right and making sure everything is out on time. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine acts up, and we just have to figure it out as we go. That’s just how it is in this line of work. We’ve got a small crew, and everyone knows their job. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the walls are a bit stained from all the years of work, but it feels like home to us. It’s practical work for practical people. Most of our day is spent looking at specs or checking the finished items before they go out the door. We don't really bother with much else besides the work itself. We just keep the floor swept and the machines running.
