Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Tempo Service

We operate Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Tempo Service out of our small office in Chamrajpet. The address is DJM 2, right in the B K Mariyappas Hostel Building on the 3rd Main. It’s a busy spot near the 1st Cross. I started this business with just one old tempo years ago, and now we have a few more drivers who help out. We mostly move household stuff or small loads for shops in the market. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting boxes and tying things down so they don’t fall out on the bumpy roads. The traffic around Chamrajpet is usually a mess, so we spend a lot of our day sitting in jams or trying to find a clear path. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. People just call us because they saw our number on a truck or a neighbor told them about us. We try to be on time, but with the way the roads are here, it’s not always easy. My nephew handles the phone calls when I’m out driving. We keep our vehicles in the lot near the hostel building. It's a simple living for us. We just focus on getting the goods from one place to another without breaking anything. We’ve been in this building for a long time now and everyone around here knows where we are. It is just a local business.
