Sri Kumaran Tools is located at 4 Banneraghatta Road, right on the main stretch there. It’s a busy spot to be in, and the traffic on Banarghatta Main Road is something we deal with every single morning when we open the shutters. The shop isn’t huge, but we managed to fit a lot of tools into the space we have. We spend most of our time helping people find exactly the right bit or blade they need for whatever they’re working on. It’s a lot of standing and reaching for things on high shelves. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us here, making sure the inventory is okay and talking to the folks who walk in. Some days it’s quiet and we just clean the displays, and other days it’s a total scramble. The address is easy to remember since we are right on the main road. We see a lot of different people, from professional workers to guys just trying to fix something at home on a weekend. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the tools well enough to tell you what works and what doesn't. It’s a straightforward business. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to keep the shop running and helpful. That’s how we’ve always done things at Sri Kumaran Tools. We just keep on working here on the main road.
