This is Sri Banashankari Cargo Movers and our office is based at B-15/4 Yeshwantpur Nawa Vadaj Bhimjipura. We spend most of our time out on the road rather than sitting behind a desk. Running a moving business involves a lot of heavy lifting and driving through some really difficult traffic. The office in Bhimjipura is where we keep the records and take the calls, but the real work happens at people's houses and in the back of the truck. We have been doing this for several years now. We know how much of a headache it is for people to pack up everything they own and move to a new place. We try to just get in there and get the boxes loaded without making a mess of things. The trucks need a lot of looking after, so when we aren't moving furniture, we are usually checking the oil or the tires. Yeshwantpur can be a very busy area, so we have to plan our routes carefully to avoid getting stuck for hours. It’s just a small crew of us here. We don't have fancy uniforms or big corporate offices. We are just regular guys who know how to handle a fridge or a heavy wardrobe. It is a physical job and we are tired by the end of the day, but it is what we do. We just keep the trucks moving and help people get settled.
