Sri Balaji Automates

Out here in Peenya Industrial Area, things move pretty fast. Our place at 24/2 on the Main Road is right in the middle of all that noise and activity. It’s mostly about machines and parts here at Sri Balaji Automates. We spend our mornings checking over orders and making sure the equipment is running like it should. Peenya is a tough place to work sometimes because it’s so crowded and hot, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We deal with a lot of different components and systems. Most of the time, our hands are a bit greasy and there’s always a laptop or a tool sitting on a workbench somewhere. We aren't into big speeches or fancy office furniture. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of technical stuff lying around. The tea guy comes by twice a day and that’s usually when we take a break. Otherwise, it’s just focusing on the tasks at hand. People around here know us as the guys who just get on with it. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to make sure these automated parts are doing what they are supposed to do. If the power goes out, we just wait it out or use the generator. That’s just how life is in this part of town. We keep things straightforward and try not to overcomplicate the day. We are just a local crew doing our bit.
