Sree Bhyaraveshwara Rubbers

Peenya 2nd Stage is where we spend our days. The address is 4/A, right near Vithalwadi and the Prem Darwaja area. It is an industrial spot, so there is always the sound of machines or trucks nearby. Sree Bhyaraveshwara Rubbers is a busy place. We handle a lot of rubber materials. It gets quite warm in the shed, especially during the summer months. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for years. We know the smells of the raw materials and the way the machines hum. It’s not a quiet job. There is always something to move or a machine to check. We don't have a big front office. If someone comes to see us, they usually find us in the back with grease on our hands. The floors are concrete and usually have some scraps lying around. Peenya is a huge place and it’s easy to get lost, but we’ve been at this spot long enough that the truck drivers know us well. We just keep our heads down and get the orders out. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do. It is physical work, and by the end of the day, we are usually pretty tired. But it’s what we do. No big speeches or fancy logos, just rubber and hard work. We usually have lunch together around one o'clock and then get back to the machines for the afternoon shift until evening.
