You can find our place over in Jayanagar, at 500, 33/A Cross on 7th Main. It is a fairly nice part of the city with a lot of trees around the 4th Block. Spohn + Burkhardt India Electrotechnical is the name on our door, though most of us just call it the shop. We spend our days working on controllers and joysticks meant for big industrial machinery. It is very technical work, and the back room can get a bit crowded whenever a large shipment arrives from the suppliers. There is almost always someone tinkering with a circuit board or looking closely at a wiring diagram on the workbench. We have been in this location for a bit now. The staff here is a good mix of older guys who have seen it all and some younger ones who are still learning how we do things. We usually go out and grab some food from the small stalls nearby for lunch. There is always someone losing their glasses or forgetting where they put a specific tool. It is just a regular workplace. We do not bother with big speeches or anything like that. If a piece of equipment needs fixing, we just get to it. The phone rings pretty often with people asking about parts or when their order will be ready. We try to keep things simple. The building is just a normal one for this area. It gets a bit warm during the summer months, but we have some fans going to keep us moving.
