We are set up at B 162 on the ground floor over in Peenya, specifically the 4th Main in the 2nd Stage. Peenya is a huge industrial layout, and it can be easy to get lost if you do not know the turns. Our unit is on the ground floor which makes it easier to move heavy stuff in and out without needing an elevator. It is a busy street with lots of trucks constantly moving back and forth. The air always has that smell of metal and grease, which is pretty common for this area. We have a few desks in the front, but most of the space is taken up by the machinery. It is noisy, especially in the afternoons when everyone is working at full speed. We do not have a fancy waiting room for visitors. Usually, if someone comes by, they just stand by the door or pull up a spare stool. Our team has been together for a while, so we do not need to say much to get the job done. We just know the routine. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to catch up on, and the street gets quiet except for a few streetlights. It is a practical way to run things. No big speeches or corporate talk here, just the daily grind in a part of the city meant for production.
