We are located in the Peenya Industrial Area, right on 12th Cross in the 4th Phase. The shop covers plots 467 to 469. Sphoorti Machine Tools is a bit larger than some of the other workshops nearby, but it still feels like a local place. We have a good group of people working on the floor every day. It gets very loud with all the machine tools running from morning until evening. We make parts that eventually go into other machines. It is a lot of precision work, but the mood in the shop is usually quite relaxed. We have a small area in the back where everyone eats their lunch together. The 12th cross is often packed with big trucks, so getting in and out of the gate can be a bit of a chore sometimes. We have been here for many years and have watched Peenya grow up around us. It used to be much quieter back then. Now, there is a workshop or a factory on almost every corner. We do not use much corporate talk around the shop. The managers usually have their sleeves rolled up and are out on the floor with the rest of the crew. If a customer has a problem, they can talk to us directly, not some computer. We just try to keep the quality steady because that is what matters.
