We operate out of Mugappair at R-32/6 in T.S. Krishna Nagar. Southern Auto Castings Pvt. Ltd. is basically a place where we get our hands dirty every single day. It’s an industrial spot, so it’s loud and there’s always something moving. We deal with metal and molds, and the heat from the furnaces is no joke. We’ve been in this part of T.S. Krishna Nagar for a long time. The building itself has seen better days, but the equipment inside works just fine. We have a routine that we stick to. Morning starts with checking the melts and making sure the molds are ready. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. We wear heavy boots and gear because that’s what the work demands. The tea stall down the road is where we usually take our breaks. It’s a tight-knit group of workers here. We don't talk much while we're working because of the noise, but we understand how the process flows. There’s a lot of heavy lifting involved. We manage our own logistics and try to keep things on schedule, though sometimes the machines have other ideas. It’s a basic manufacturing setup, nothing more, nothing less.
