Our place is situated in Village Begumpur Khatola. It is quite a distance from the main city center, so the surroundings are a bit different from what you might expect for a business. It feels more industrial and rural at the same time. We have a large facility here because precision forging requires a lot of heavy equipment and space. It is not the kind of place where you would wear a suit. We are mostly in our work clothes and sturdy shoes because the floor can get quite dirty with metal shavings and oil. The machines are loud, and you can hear them humming from the moment you walk through the main gate. We have a small office block where the administrative stuff happens. It is a bit quieter in there, but you can still feel the vibration of the factory. The road leading to the village is not in the best shape, so the drive in can be a bit bumpy. We have a canteen where the staff has their meals, and it is usually the heart of the place during break times. In the summer, it gets very hot inside the sheds, so we have large fans running all day long. It is hard, physical work, and everyone here knows their role. We don't have any flashy brochures or a fancy lobby. We just focus on the production line and making sure the machines are maintained every single day.
