Socm

Socm is based out of a small place in SBI Colony. The address is 1/1, right in the Kaladipet area. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood for the most part, which makes it a nice place to work from. I’ve lived around here for most of my life, so setting up the business here made sense. It’s just a simple room with a couple of desks and a lot of files. We don’t have a big sign outside, so you might miss it if you aren’t looking closely at the house numbers. My dog usually sits by the door and barks when the mailman comes. We handle a lot of administrative stuff and local coordination. It’s not the kind of place with a lot of employees running around. Mostly, it’s just me and sometimes a part-time helper when the paperwork gets too high. I drink a lot of coffee while I’m sorting through things. The light in the afternoons is really nice through the front window. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a PR person. People who need us usually find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby in Kaladipet. It’s a very local operation. I like being able to walk to work in just a few minutes. We keep things low-key and just try to stay organized. It’s a decent life and the work is steady enough to keep things going month after month.
