Smart Cargo & Logistics is set up in the Peenya Industrial Area, specifically at G-18 in the B Block of Kushal Garden Arcade. This part of the city is always moving with trucks and shipments, and we are right in the middle of it. We spend our days moving goods from one place to another. It’s a lot of lifting, packing, and checking lists. We have a small office space for the paperwork and a larger area for the actual cargo. It’s dusty and noisy because of the location, but we don’t mind. We handle all sorts of items, from small parcels to bigger industrial parts. Our team is small, just a few drivers and loaders who know how to pack a truck right so nothing breaks. We don’t have a fancy fleet of brand-new vans, but our vehicles are well-maintained and get the job done. Dealing with traffic and delivery windows is the hardest part of our day. We usually start very early before the roads get blocked up. There is no slick corporate vibe here; just people in work shirts making sure things get where they need to go. We keep a pot of coffee going most of the day. People come to us when they need something moved quickly and don't want to deal with a big company's bureaucracy. We just write it down, load it up, and go.
