Slr Industries

We are Slr Industries, located at 16/3 in the Peenya Industrial Area. This part of Bangalore is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it. Our unit is basically a large shed where we keep the machinery. It’s not air-conditioned, so we rely on big wall fans when it gets stuffy. There is always the sound of trucks and loaders going by outside. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of us working on whatever the current project is. We have a small office space partitioned off with some plywood, but we spend most of our time out on the floor. It’s a messy environment, with grease stains and metal shavings here and there. That’s just the nature of the business. We’ve been at this address for several years now. Most of the staff has been with us since the start. We take our lunch breaks together in the small patch of shade out front. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. We just want to do the job right and keep the machines running. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend half a day fixing them ourselves. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. People who come to see us usually know what they are looking for. They don't mind the noise or the dust because they are used to industrial zones. We don't have a fancy entrance, just a big sliding gate that we pull open every morning. It’s just us doing what we’ve always done.
