Our school is located out in Kengeri, right within the Bgs Health and Education City area. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center, but it’s a lot quieter out here which helps when you’re trying to study. We have students coming in every day to learn about how buildings are put together and what makes a good city layout. The campus is pretty big since we share the space with other departments. You can usually find us in the architecture wing where there are always models sitting around and rolls of paper everywhere. It’s a place where people are constantly drawing or arguing about where a wall should go. We’ve been part of this community for some time. Teachers here have worked in the field, so they know what it's really like out there once you graduate. It isn't just about books; there’s a lot of hands-on work in the studios. Sometimes the lights are on late because someone is finishing a project. It’s a pretty straightforward place. We just focus on teaching the basics and helping everyone get their degrees. If you’re coming down towards Kengeri, we are easy to spot once you enter the main gates of the education city. It’s a busy environment but we like it that way. Most days it's just about getting through the curriculum and making sure the students actually understand the practical side of building stuff and city planning.
