Sipani Fibres Limited is located in Raheja Arcade, specifically at number 309 in Koramangala. Koramangala is a pretty lively part of Bangalore, so there is always something going on around the building. Our office is inside the arcade, which is a place many locals know well. We work with fibres and textiles, so there are usually samples lying around the office. It’s a decent-sized space but it feels smaller when we have a lot of new material coming in. We’ve been in this location for a good bit of time now. The team is small but we have worked together for so long that we don’t need much direction. It’s not a corporate headquarters with hundreds of employees. It’s just a regular office where we handle the day-to-day operations of the fibre business. We spend a lot of time on the computer and talking to manufacturers. The arcade has some good places to grab a coffee, which helps when we have long afternoons. We don’t try to act like we are bigger than we are. We just do our work, ship our orders, and try to keep things running smoothly. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend the day. Sometimes the internet acts up or the lobby gets crowded, but we just take it in stride and keep focused on the tasks.
