We are located at Connection Point, which is right on the Airport Exit Road. We’ve got rooms 111 and 114 on the first floor. Being so close to the airport is a big part of why we’re here, as it makes dealing with cargo much easier. We see a lot of things come and go every day. It’s a busy environment and the office can get a bit chaotic with all the movement. We aren't interested in being a polished corporate office with uniforms and scripted greetings. We’re just a bunch of people who know how to get cargo from point A to point B. Sometimes the paperwork is a mountain, but we just chip away at it until it’s done. The noise from the planes is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. We don't do much in the way of marketing because our work usually comes from long-standing relationships with people who know we’re reliable. If there’s a delay at the terminal, we’re usually the first to know and we try to sort it out as fast as we can. It’s a straightforward business, no frills, just getting the goods moved and making sure the records are kept straight. We keep plenty of pens and notebooks handy because sometimes writing things down is just easier than using the computer. It’s a real place with real people working hard every single day.
