We are located at Connection Point, specifically in the 111/114 area on the first floor. It’s right there on Airport Road, near the Airport Exit Road. Being this close to the airport means there is always something moving. We handle a lot of cargo stuff, which usually means a lot of heavy lifting and keeping track of schedules. The office isn't anything special. It’s got desks and some chairs that have seen better days. We spend a lot of our time checking lists and talking to drivers who are coming in or heading out. The noise from the exit road is pretty constant. You get used to it. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks and we have to spend a whole afternoon just sorting through it all. It’s a practical kind of job. We don’t have fancy decorations or anything. People come by when they need to move things. We just stay busy with the crates and the manifests. It’s a lot of coordination, really. The Connection Point building is a busy place with a lot of different people coming through. We just stick to our corner and get the tasks done. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, but that’s just work. We usually have the windows closed to keep out some of the dust from the main road. It’s just how it is.
