Simi Industries

Simi Industries is based in the Bommasandra New Wing, at number 12. Being out in Bommasandra means we are right in the middle of a lot of industrial activity. It is a busy area with trucks moving in and out and the sounds of factories all around us. Our unit in the new wing is where all the actual work happens. It is a practical space, built for manufacturing and moving goods rather than looking pretty. We spend our days managing the machines and making sure the production stays on track. It can get quite hot and loud in the shop, especially during the middle of the day, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a lot of office staff; most of us are down on the floor getting things done. We deal with other businesses mostly, providing the parts or materials they need. There is always a lot of heavy lifting and moving things around on pallets. We keep a close eye on our schedule because things can get backed up quickly in an industrial setting like this. We’ve been in this part of Bommasandra for a while and it suits the kind of work we do. We don't really do anything flashy. We just show up, run the machines, and make sure the orders are ready when they need to be. It is just basic, hard work for us every day.
