Silas Dental Clinic

We have been running Silas Dental Clinic over at 1636 4th T Block in Jayanagar South for quite a few years now. The clinic is easy to spot once you get onto 22nd Main near 40th A Cross. It is not some big, shiny corporate office, just a local spot where we look at teeth and try to help people stop their toothaches. Most mornings start with us opening up the shutters and getting the equipment sterilized. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors who pop in because a filling fell out or they need a routine cleaning. The waiting room has some old magazines and enough chairs, though it gets a bit cramped when three families show up at once. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a minute for the backup to kick in, but that is just how it is around here. We handle the paperwork ourselves and try to keep the schedules straight, but if a procedure takes an extra thirty minutes, the next person just has to wait a little. We do our best to be honest about what needs doing and what can wait. It is just us here, working through the day and making sure the sink is scrubbed and the floor is mopped before we head home in the evening. There is usually a bit of dust from the road outside, but we keep the inside tidy enough for dental work.
