Sigma Toolings

Being in Peenya 2nd Stage means it’s always busy around here. Our spot is at 19/A on the 6th Cross in the Doddanna Industrial Estate. If you know the Main Road, you know how crowded it gets with trucks and workers every morning. We’ve been operating Sigma Toolings from this small unit for quite a bit. The walls are a bit stained from the oil and the machines are old but they still run fine. We spend most of the day cutting metal and checking measurements. It isn't quiet. There's always the sound of someone nearby loading a truck or a machine humming. Vishwaneedam Post is the local area where we get our mail, though most people just walk in. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Just the name on the door. It gets really hot in the afternoons under the tin roof, so we keep the big shutters open to let some air in. Usually, it's just about getting the orders done on time. We don't use fancy software much; we mostly rely on our eyes and the old calipers. The floor gets slippery if we aren't careful with the coolant. Everyone in this row of the estate knows each other. We borrow tools or help move heavy stuff sometimes. It’s just a regular workshop where we do the work and then go home to the city. Nothing more to it than that. We don't have a big HR department or any of those modern office things. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves.
