Siemens Vdo Automative

Our office for Siemens Vdo Automative is located in the Renuka Complex, right near the Kaikondanhalli bus stop on Sarjapur Road in Bangalore. If you have ever been on Sarjapur Road, you know how crazy the traffic is. We spend a lot of our time looking out the window at the buses and cars crawling past. The complex itself is pretty standard for this part of Bangalore. It is a mix of different shops and small businesses. We are listed under names like Ramshetty or Ashok Seegi in the building records. It is a functional place, not a pretty one. The stairs are a bit narrow and the hallways can be dark if the bulbs aren't replaced. Inside, we have our setup with computers and some old files. It gets dusty pretty quickly because of all the construction and road work happening outside, so we are always wiping down our screens. We usually grab lunch from the small stalls near the bus stop. It is quick and cheap. There is no corporate dining hall here. We just sit at our desks and eat while we talk about the weekend. The office is small enough that you can’t really hide from anyone, so we all know each other’s business. It is a plain, hardworking environment and we don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. We are just here to get through our list of things to do.
