Shushruti School Of Nursing

Shushruti School Of Nursing is located in Peenya 2nd Stage, specifically on 15th Cross, 5th Main in the 6th Sector at number 68. It’s a busy place. You’ll see students in their uniforms coming and going at all hours. We have classrooms and some equipment for practice. It’s not a quiet library type of place. There’s always someone practicing a procedure or talking about their clinical rotations. Nursing is hard work, and we don’t sugarcoat that for the students. They spend a lot of time on their feet. The building isn't brand new, but it's where the training happens every day. We have various instructors who have been in the field for years. They talk about real situations, not just what's in the textbooks. Peenya is an industrial kind of area, so it’s a practical place to be. We have a lot of different people coming from different backgrounds to study here. They all want to get into the medical field. We provide the space and the books and the guidance to help them get there. It’s a lot of long hours and studying. The 6th Sector can be a bit crowded, but we’ve made our home here at number 68. It's just a regular school doing its best to train the next group of nurses. We focus on the skills and making sure everyone knows what they are doing before they head out to real hospitals.
