Shri Shakthi Motor Driving School

Shri Shakthi Motor Driving School is situated on Begur Road at 13/29. The road outside can get quite dusty and there is always a lot of traffic moving back and forth, which makes it a very practical place to learn how to drive. We operate out of a small space where we handle all the registrations and the details for the driving tests. Our day starts early, usually before the traffic gets too heavy, so we can take the newer students out when the roads are a bit quieter. As they get better, we take them right into the thick of the Begur Road traffic. We have a few cars that we use every day, and they definitely look like they have been used by learners for years. The gear sticks are a bit loose and the paint isn't perfect, but they work just fine for someone who is just starting out. We spend hours every day sitting in the passenger seat, keeping an eye on the mirrors and helping people understand how to merge into traffic. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything corporate. It’s just a local school for local people who need to get their license. We help with the forms and the booking of the test dates at the local office. It is steady, plain work, helping one person at a time get comfortable behind the wheel.
