You can find us at 2G, M.V. Street in K.K. Pudur. It’s a small street in Coimbatore, and we’ve been running our little industry here for a good while now. The space is filled with the smell of oil and the sound of machines running throughout the day. We aren't a big factory with hundreds of workers, just a small crew of us who know how to handle the equipment and the materials. Most of our work involves making small industrial parts that go into bigger machines for various clients. It’s the kind of job where your hands are almost always dirty by ten in the morning. We don't have a website or any fancy marketing; people usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen our sign while driving through the neighborhood. The heat in Coimbatore can be a bit much in the summer, so we try to get the heavy work done early in the day before it gets too stifling. We have a small desk for the bills and the phone, but we're rarely sitting at it. Most of the time, we're standing over a machine or checking a finished part against the drawings. It’s practical work and we take it one day at a time. We know all the other business owners on M.V. Street and we often help each other out with tools or advice. It’s a quiet life, but it keeps us busy and we like the feeling of making something useful with our own hands every day.
