Shree Mahalaxmi Sales

Our shop, Shree Mahalaxmi Sales, is tucked away at 163/1 in Shop Number 3. We are on the first floor on Kumbarpet Main Road in Bangalore. If you know Kumbarpet, you know it’s a maze of narrow lanes and busy shops selling everything you can imagine. Finding us requires a bit of an eye for detail, but once you head up to the first floor, it’s a bit quieter than the street level. We deal with various sales items, and the shop is usually filled with boxes waiting to be opened or shipped out. It’s not a fancy showroom with air conditioning and soft music. It’s a working space where we keep track of inventory and talk to our customers. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, and the building is quite old, but it has a lot of character. We start our mornings early before the traffic on Kumbarpet Main Road gets too crazy. Most of the day is spent handling orders and making sure everything is in stock. We don't use big slogans or have a polished sales pitch. People come to us because they know we are reliable and we’ve been in Kumbarpet for a long time. It’s a tight-knit community of traders here, and we fit right in. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain leaks through a bit, but we just keep going. It’s just how things are in the heart of old Bangalore.
