Shine Travel & Cargo is based over in Govindapuram, on the main road near the Venkatapuram Post. We are right by the Outer Ring Road, so you can imagine how busy it gets around here. Our shop handles a bit of everything—some people come to us for travel help and others are just trying to move cargo. It makes for an interesting mix of customers. One minute we’re talking about bus routes and the next we’re weighing a heavy box. The office is small and usually has a few people waiting around. We’ve been in this spot on the main road for a good stretch of time. The noise from the Outer Ring Road is something you just learn to live with after a while. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just a counter, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to do things the old-fashioned way for a bit. We don't mind. The staff here are just regular people who live nearby. We know the neighborhood well and we know most of the people who walk through the door. It’s a simple operation where we try to be helpful without making a big fuss about it. If you’re driving along the ring road and see the turn-off for Govindapuram, that’s where you’ll find us.
