Shine Academy

Shine Academy is located at No.325 on 32nd E Cross in Jayanagar 4th T Block. It is quite easy to find since we are near Sanjay Gandhi Hospital. That part of Jayanagar is pretty well-known to most people in Bangalore 560011. We have a regular routine here where we open up and wait for the students to arrive after their school day is over. It is not a huge place, just a few rooms where we can sit and talk about school work. We have been in this spot for a while now. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a good place for a tutoring center. You won’t find any fancy marketing stuff here. We just have tables and chairs and plenty of books lying around. Most of the families around 32nd E Cross know us just by walking past. We help out with various subjects, whatever the kids are struggling with at the moment. Sometimes it’s math, sometimes it’s science, it just depends on the day. We don’t have any big mission statements. We just show up and do the work. The hospital nearby makes it easy for people to give directions to our place. It is a quiet enough street for studying, which is good. We usually wrap things up by late evening and head home ourselves. It is just a normal, local place for the community.
