We are located at No. 22 on Second Line Beach, right on the ground floor. If you walk around this part of the city, you’ll notice it has a lot of old buildings and the smell of the ocean is always lingering. We’ve been here for quite some years now, handling travel bookings and cargo shipments. The cargo side of the business is usually what keeps us the busiest. There are always containers to track and customs forms that need to be filled out. Our office is a bit old-fashioned. We have stacks of files and maps pinned to the walls. We don’t have those fancy modern desks you see in the new part of town. We like it this way because it feels like a real workplace. We have a small staff and most of us have been working together for a decade or more. We know the routines at the port and the airport quite well. When things go wrong with a shipment, we’re the ones who have to sit on the phone for hours to get it sorted. It’s not always easy, but we’ve seen just about everything in this industry. People come to us because they know we’ve been here forever and we won't give them a complicated story. We just tell them when their stuff will arrive or when their flight is. It’s a busy life down here by the beach, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
