Our office is set up in Raineo House, which is building number 874 in Basaveshwara Nagar. It is a nice enough neighborhood with a mix of residential houses and small commercial offices. We deal with electrical items like inverters and industrial drives. We have a decent-sized room in the back where we keep our stock of these units. Most of the time, the space is filled with the sound of packing tape as we get orders ready for dispatch. We have a few technicians here who can look at a faulty drive and tell you what’s wrong with it pretty quickly. It’s a simple setup. We have a couple of desks, a water cooler, and some shelves for the technical manuals. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. We just pick up and help with whatever the customer needs. Being in Basaveshwara Nagar is much better than being in the middle of the city traffic. It’s easier for people to pull up and load their equipment into their vehicles. We’ve had the same group of people working here for years, so we all know how the other person works. We usually take a break in the late afternoon to have some tea and talk about things other than electrical components. It’s just a regular, steady business. We do our best to keep the inventory updated and the customers from waiting too long.
