We are located at 47, Dickenson Road. It’s a central enough spot, and anyone who knows the neighborhood can find the building pretty easily. Shell Renewables India Pvt. Ltd. operates out of here, and it’s a fairly straightforward office environment. There are no grand lobbies or waterfalls here. It’s just a bunch of desks, some computers, and people talking on the phone. Dickenson Road can get quite noisy with all the traffic, so we usually keep the windows shut to keep the dust out. Working in the renewables sector is interesting, but for us, it’s mostly about paperwork, coordination, and making sure the technical details are right. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. Most of the staff walks to work or takes the bus because parking around here is a total headache. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and talk about the weekend. It’s a relaxed place, maybe a bit messy with files and folders everywhere, but we know where everything is. We’ve been at number 47 for a while and the landlord is decent enough. It feels like a normal workplace. We don't have a dress code or anything like that. People just wear what’s comfortable and get their work done. It’s a steady pace here, and we like it that way. We just keep things moving without making a big deal out of it.
