Sheerin Auto Consultant Estate Agents is tucked away at 51/9 Vijayanagar East 1St Main, Marenahalli Main Road. We are right on the main road which is always humming with noise and people. It’s an interesting mix because we do both auto consulting and real estate work from this one spot. You might come in looking for a used vehicle and end up talking about a house rental, or the other way around. It keeps things from getting boring, that’s for sure. Marenahalli Main Road is a busy stretch, so there is always someone popping in with a question. We don't have a huge staff or a corporate headquarters. It is just us at 51/9 handling the daily grind. Some days we are looking over car papers and other days we are showing a flat nearby in Vijayanagar East. We know this part of the city quite well because we spend so much time on these streets. It’s not a complicated business model. We just help people find what they need, whether it has four wheels or a front door. The office is a bit small but it works for what we do. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot, with new shops opening and more traffic coming through 1st Main. We just keep doing our thing, day in and day out, right here on the main road. It's a busy life but we wouldn't have it any other way.
