Sheen Dental Clinic

Our clinic is located on the second floor of the Matura Complex, specifically in rooms 201 and 202. If you are standing outside Kasturi Nagar, you just look across from Kanthi Sweets and you will see us. It’s quite a climb up the stairs if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. Inside, we have the dental chairs set up near the windows. From there, you can see the 2nd Main road and all the people going about their business. Most of the time it smells a bit like clove oil or cleaning supplies in here. We spend a lot of our mornings checking the equipment and making sure the water lines are clear. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to cleaning up the instruments. Sometimes the smell of the sweets from across the street drifts over when the wind is right. We have a lot of regular people who come in because they live just a few blocks away. The waiting area has some chairs that we try to keep tidy, though the newspaper usually ends up all over the place by noon. It isn’t a huge corporate office, just a couple of rooms where we do our work. We keep a ledger for the appointments and try to stay on schedule, but sometimes things take longer than expected. That’s just how it goes with teeth and helping people out in a busy neighborhood.
