Sheasha Tool Services

Sheasha Tool Services is located at 45/2 BTM Layout 2nd Stage. We are right in the thick of things in this part of Bangalore. If you have ever been to BTM, you know how crowded the lanes can get with all the shops and apartments. We have a small setup where we focus on tool servicing. It is mostly me and one other guy handling the repairs. We get all sorts of tools coming in—some are rusted out, some just need a bit of sharpening or a new part. It is satisfying to take something that isn't working and make it useful again. Our workspace is pretty small, so we have to stay organized, though it still looks like a mess of metal parts to anyone else. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. We just rely on the fact that people in the neighborhood need their tools fixed and they know where to find us. Sometimes we stay open a bit late if someone is in a hurry, but usually, we close up when the sun goes down. The rent keeps going up in this area, but we like the location because it is easy for people to reach. We just keep our heads down, do the sharpening and the fixing, and try to be fair with what we charge for our time. It’s just hard work and a lot of grease.
