Shanthi Purva Polyclinic

This clinic is right on Hessargatta Main Road, just a little walk from Vijayashree Public School. We opened up in Bagalagunte because there weren't many places nearby where you could see a doctor without traveling forever. It's a small setup. We have a few different rooms for different things. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the waiting area, especially in the evenings when school lets out and parents bring their kids. We try to keep things moving but medicine takes time. Our staff lives nearby too. We know most of the people who come in by their first names. It’s more of a community thing. If you need a quick check-up or have a fever, that’s what we do. The noise from the main road can be a bit much sometimes but you get used to it. We keep the place clean, or at least we try our best between patients. It’s not a big corporate hospital, just a local clinic where you can get your basic health stuff sorted. We've had some leaky taps and the paint is peeling a bit in the corner, but the medical equipment is all fine. We just want to make sure the folks around here have somewhere to go when they feel under the weather. That's pretty much our daily life here on the main road. We don't have fancy coffee machines, just a water cooler that sometimes makes a funny noise.
