Shanthi Hospital & Research Center Private Limited

We are located at No. 307 on 40th Cross in the 8th Block of Jayanagar. Shanthi Hospital & Research Center Private Limited has been part of this neighborhood for quite some time now. It’s a pretty quiet street compared to the main roads, which is nice for the patients who are staying with us. We do a mix of regular hospital work and some research stuff on the side, though most people just know us as the local hospital where they go when they’re sick. The building has several floors and we’ve tried to make the best use of the space we have. It’s not always perfectly silent, especially when the shifts change and the staff are moving around, but we get by. We have different departments for different health issues, so there is always something going on. Our desks are usually piled with files and the coffee machine in the breakroom gets a lot of use. We don't have a PR team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just focus on the people in the beds and the families waiting downstairs. Jayanagar is a nice place to work, and being in the 8th Block means we see a lot of the same faces over the years. We keep our doors open and just do the daily work of running a medical center. It’s a lot of responsibility but we just take it one patient at a time.
