We have been based here at 108/4, Iind Floor West, Race Course for a while now. It’s a busy spot, mostly because of where we are located in the Race Course area. If you come by, you’ll see our sign. Shanthi Fortune India Pvt. Ltd. is just what it says on the paperwork. The second floor walk-up is something we’re used to by now, though the summer heat makes it a bit tougher sometimes. Most days we are just busy with the usual office tasks. There’s a lot of paper moving around and people coming in and out. It isn't a fancy place, just a regular office space where we get things done. We’ve got a small team and everyone knows their job. Sometimes it gets a bit loud because of the traffic outside, but you get used to the city noise after a few months of working here. The name Shanthi Fortune India Pvt. Ltd. was chosen quite some time ago and it just stuck. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us because they need what we do or they live nearby. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the day. The building is older but it serves us well enough for what we need. We've spent a lot of hours in this specific West side room. It’s got a lot of character, even if the walls could use a new coat of paint soon. We just keep working away.
