You can find Shankar Tools And Components over in the Chandana Layout at Sunkadakatte. We are specifically at 47/1-137, which is right on the 4th Cross and 4th Main. It’s a bit of a residential and industrial mix around here, which makes for an interesting neighborhood. We have been working out of this shop for years. It’s filled with all sorts of tools and different components we’ve worked on over the seasons. It isn't the most organized-looking place if you're looking for a showroom, but we know exactly where every wrench and bit is located. The 4th Cross can get a bit narrow when there are vehicles parked, but we make do. We spend our mornings getting the machines warmed up and the coffee going. It's just a small team of us. We don't bother with fancy titles or anything like that. We just focus on the metal and the precision needed for the components. Sunkadakatte has changed a lot since we started, with more buildings going up, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We like the familiarity of it. Most of our day is spent at the bench or the lathe. It's dusty and sometimes it's loud, but it’s our trade. We don't have a website with fancy photos. We just have our address and our tools. If you're looking for us, look for the sign near the 4th Main corner. We're usually there from morning until late.
