Shakti House is where we operate, specifically at number 46 in the Peenya Industrial Area. Anyone who knows Peenya understands it’s full of noise, trucks, and small factories. We’ve been in this building for quite a long time. Working with rubber means there is always a bit of a smell, like tires or heated material, but you stop noticing it after a few weeks. The building is older and has seen better days, but it holds all the equipment we need. Most of our staff live nearby, so it’s a local crew. We don’t waste money on shiny signs or fancy lobbies because that doesn’t change the quality of what we make in the back. Manufacturing is what we do. Some days get really busy, especially when a big order comes in and we stay late to finish it. It’s a messy job sometimes. Rubber can be tricky depending on the humidity and heat, but we’ve learned the quirks of our machines over the years. Paperwork stays in the front office while production happens in the back. It’s a very straightforward way to run a business. We are just a small part of this massive industrial zone, doing the work we know how to do. Nobody here is trying to impress people with big words or polished reports. We just pack the items and get them moved out. We stay busy enough without needing to be loud about it.
