Shakti Elastomer

Shakti Elastomer is located at 27, Thadagam Road, right near the Gct Post. It’s a bit of an industrial area, so there is always a lot of dust and the sound of trucks passing by. We spend our days dealing with various rubber parts and materials. It’s not the cleanest job in the world, and by the end of the shift, your hands are usually pretty stained. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we can get the work done. We have a small area in the back for storage and a desk at the front for when people stop by with questions. The Gct Post is a helpful landmark because otherwise, people might miss our gate. The weather out here can get quite dry, and the wind blows the dust into every corner of the workshop. We have an old radio that stays on most of the day, mostly just for some background noise while we're sorting through the bins of elastomers. Most of the people who come by are regulars who have been buying from us for years. We don't do much in the way of fancy talk; we just show them what we have in stock and figure out the delivery details. It’s a simple routine, and we’ve been doing it the same way for a long time now. We just focus on the task at hand.
