Seshadripuram First Grade College

The college is tucked away here in Yelahanka New Town, specifically at CA Site No. 26 along Doddaballapur Road. If you know this part of Bangalore, you know the traffic can be a bit much during the morning hours when students are all heading in. We spend a lot of time in the main office area dealing with heaps of paper and registers. The building has its own rhythm, with the sound of feet in the hallways between classes and the low hum of the city outside. Being a first-grade college means there’s always something to do, whether it’s sorting out admissions or just making sure the schedules are posted on the board correctly. We aren't a corporate office, so things feel a bit more lived-in. There’s a lot of walking back and forth between the different sections of the campus. In the afternoons, when the sun hits the front of the building, it gets quite warm, and we usually have the fans going full speed. The location on Doddaballapur Road makes it easy to find, but it also means we hear every bus that goes by. It’s just a busy place where people are trying to get their degrees and we’re trying to keep the administrative side of things moving along without too much trouble. It gets noisy, it gets messy with all the files, but it's what we do here in this part of town every day.
